360-Degree Surveillance with Infrared, Audio

45678 bec8aTowing supplier AW Direct recently introduced the Menzel Mobile Vehicle Surveillance System that is designed to help towing businesses reduce frivolous accident and damage claims and improve safety and driver behavior.

The MVSS is a series of cameras, a hard drive to store video footage, a touch-screen monitor and all necessary cables. Waterproof cameras are installed both inside and outside of the tow truck for 360-degree surveillance footage, including capturing audio and infrared imaging for nighttime video.

The system begins recording once a vehicle's ignition is turned on.

The Menzel MVSS is produced by Wisconsin-based Menzel Enterprises.
